The website checker for Mac: check any site, page by page.
Clearyvo Site Inspector reads a site the way a search engine does, page by page, and tells you in plain words what to fix first: dead links, SEO, heavy images, HTTPS and security, privacy (trackers and cookies before consent), speed and indexing. On WordPress sites it also shows the Site health, waiting updates, visitors and every Clearyvo checker from inside.
Coming soonWhat It Checks
Links
Broken links to your own pages and to other sites, links that go through redirects, and the page each one is on.
SEO
Missing, too long or repeated titles and descriptions, H1 and heading order, noindex, canonical, thin pages, language and the mobile viewport.
Images
Missing images, images over 300 KB, images without ALT text or without width and height.
HTTPS and security
Certificate expiry, http:// to https://, insecure content, security headers, and files the public should never see: .env, .git, wp-config backups, debug.log, folder listings, readable user names.
Privacy
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and other trackers, Google Fonts loaded from Google, YouTube and Maps embeds, the cookie banner and the privacy policy link. A real browser opens the home page as a new visitor and lists the cookies set before consent.
Speed and indexing
Slow and very large pages, robots.txt rules that block the site, the sitemap, structured data for rich results, and embedded videos that no longer play.
Inside Your WordPress Sites
With Pro the app connects to the site through a WordPress Application Password and the free Clearyvo Site Health API plugin, Clearyvo Site Toolkit or any separate Clearyvo plugin. Next to what the outside check sees it shows the WordPress Site health, waiting updates, visitors from Google Analytics (through Site Kit), and every Clearyvo checker with its score and a button into WordPress: plugin vulnerabilities, WP-Cron, PHP errors, database, backups. After each update it compares screenshots of your key pages before and after. The connection only reads; nothing on the site is changed. Agencies see all their client sites in one window, on the Mac, on the iPhone and in the widgets.

Questions
Which Mac do I need?
macOS 14 Sonoma or later, on Apple silicon or Intel.
App Store or download?
The same app. From the Mac App Store you can buy Pro inside the app; the download from this site is unlocked with a license key and updates itself. A license key works in both.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. The app runs on your Mac and talks only to the sites you check (and, to check a license key, to the Clearyvo license server). WordPress passwords are kept in the macOS Keychain.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes, with widgets for the Home Screen and the Lock Screen. It shows the results of the checks run on your Mac and the WordPress Site health, through iCloud. Pro bought in the App Store works on both.
Can I check sites that are not WordPress?
Yes. Everything except the WordPress connection works on any website.
