Seller

The plugins are made by Polyforge AM Kft. (Bécsi út 85. Budapest, 1037 Hungary). Orders are sold and invoiced by Lemon Squeezy as our reseller (merchant of record); its terms apply to the payment.

What You Buy

A license key for a Pro package for the sites of your plan (Single site: one site at a time; Personal: up to 5 sites that you or your own business owns; Agency: up to 100 sites, including sites you build or run for clients), for the license period shown at checkout. The key gives access to updates and e-mail support. The software is licensed under the GNU GPL version 2 or later.

Delivery

The download and the license key are sent by e-mail right after payment.

Refunds

If a package does not work for you, write to info@clearyvo.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The license key is then disabled.

Renewal

If your plan renews automatically, this is shown at checkout and you can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt. The Pro features keep working after the license ends; updates and support stop.

Liability

The plugins change files and data on your site only when you confirm it, and keep restorable copies where they can. Always keep a current backup. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid.

Law

Hungarian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
